Lincoln Drive Control is an intelligent system that delivers a refined ride and engaging driving experience. Lincoln Drive Control is always on, orchestrating the performance of the Continuously Controlled Damping adjustable suspension, electric power-assisted steering and AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control. The result is an excellent combination of a refined ride and engaging driving dynamics. Choosing "Drive" on the transmission gear selector provides a ride and handling balance that most MKS drivers will find ideal. Moving the transmission to "Sport" creates a decidedly more sporty driving experience.
The EcoBoost V6 engine produces 365 horsepower with outstanding fuel economy mated with six-speed automatic transmission. New exterior colors for 2014 are Ingot Silver Metallic, Dark Side Metallic and Platinum Dune Tri-Coat.
The execution of the slats in the signature Lincoln split-wing grille adds more depth and visual interest. The cutline of the hood opening sits below the Lincoln Star, and added lines give the hood a smooth, uninterrupted flow that underscores Lincoln design of understated beauty.
Collision warning and Lane Keeping System help warn drivers of potentially dangerous situations and can help them avoid common accidents. The interior features SYNC with MyLincoln Touch driver connectivity. Rearview camera is now standard.
